Biography
Anna Goestenkors joined the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis as a Lecturer in 2026. She earned her PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 2026 and her Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science degrees in Bioengineering from the University of Louisville in 2021 and 2020, respectively.Research
Goestenkors' research experience broadly spans bioelectronics and biomedical device development, with an emphasis on developing technologies to interface with biological systems and improve human health. Her work has included conducting hydrogel biomaterials, biosensors, biomedical device design, and algorithm development.
